EMDR Therapy

EMDR helps process past experiences that still affect your emotions, relationships, or sense of safety. It supports your brain in integrating memories so they feel less overwhelming.

IFS (Internal Family Systems)

IFS helps you understand the protective parts of yourself - the ones that avoid, overthink, shut down, or push through. We work with these parts gently to create more internal harmony.

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)

ACT helps you clarify your values, build psychological flexibility, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

DBT Skills for Emotion Regulation

DBT skills help you understand and regulate your emotions without feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. These tools are practical, gentle, and designed to support you in moments when your feelings feel too big, too fast, or too tangled.

Somatic Grounding

Somatic grounding helps you reconnect with your body’s signals so you can feel more present, safe, and regulated. Many people who’ve experienced trauma or chronic anxiety feel disconnected from their bodies — either too activated or too shut down. Somatic work gently helps you tune back in.
